Noble Revenue – Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 25, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all products and services offered by Noble Revenue, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products & Merchandise

(Applies to: Noble Sales Playbook (digital or print), Noble Gear hats/shirts/mugs, webinars, and other downloadable or shipped items)

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (MBG): First-time purchases of the Noble Sales Playbook (digital or print) are covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • All other digital or merchandise sales are final. Due to the immediate access or production nature of these items, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • If you experience a technical issue with a download or file, contact [email protected] and we will assist in resolving access issues.

    2. Coaching & Mentorship

    (Applies to: 1:1 VIP Strategy Sessions, Group Coaching, Proximity Coaching)

  • VIP Strategy Sessions (1:1): Covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied after your first session, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • Group & Proximity Coaching Programs: Due to limited seats and upfront commitments, all coaching purchases are non-refundable once the program has started. If you withdraw before the program begins, we may (at our discretion) provide a partial credit toward a future program.

    3. SaaS – Noble Sales Engine

    (Applies to: Revenue Builder, Revenue Leader, Revenue Architect plans + setup fees)

  • Free Trial: New customers may receive a 14-day trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Your first subscription payment is covered by a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first charge, you may request a refund.

  • After the first 30 days, all subscription fees are final and non-refundable.

  • Setup / Onboarding Fees: Non-refundable.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of your billing cycle. No prorated refunds.

    4. Done-For-You Services (DFY)

    (Applies to: Noble Growth Engine outbound sales team retainers)

  • Governed by your signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Unless otherwise stated in your SOW:

    • Monthly retainers, setup fees, and commissions are non-refundable.

    • Early termination is subject to notice requirements in your agreement

5. Events & Retreats

(Applies to: Refuge Retreats and other live/virtual events)

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Balance payments may be refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before the event start date.

  • Within 60 days of the event, all fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another participant with our approval.

    6. General Provisions

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

  • The 30-Day MBG applies only to first-time purchases of covered products/services (Playbook, Strategy Session, SaaS subscriptions).

  • After the first 30 days, all payments are final.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind, unused access, or failure to implement the material.

  • Any exceptions will be made solely at our discretion.

  • Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under applicable law.
